Coaster Personalization Guide

Each of our coaster designs offers a unique way to say "Welcome Home." We'll engrave the text exactly as you enter it in the customization fields, so please ensure spelling and punctuation are correct.

We'll engrave your name or logo on the cork backing, so your brand stays on their coffee table - and top of mind - for years to come.

Once you've placed your first order, we’ll keep your logo and branding preferences on file for easy, quick, consistent reordering. Just choose "Reuse existing preferences on file" in the drop-down menu and we'll re-use your preferences from your previous orders.

Top Side Personalization

"Home" + City Coasters

City, State - Enter the city and/or state exactly as you want them to appear.

Area Code + City Coasters

Area Code - Enter the 3-digit area code. We will automatically add the "( )"
City - Enter the city and/or state exactly as you want them to appear.

GPS Coordinate Coasters

Address - Enter the address and we'll retrieve its GPS coordinates.
City, State - Enter the city and/or state exactly as you want them to appear.

Name + Year Coasters

Last Name - Enter the last name exactly as you want it to appear.
First Names - Enter the first names exactly as you want them to appear. Don't forget the "&", "+", or "and" between.
Year - Enter the year. We'll automatically add the "Est."

Split Monogram Coasters

Initial - This will be used for the large block letter.
Name - Enter the name exactly as you want it to appear. This is typically just the last name.

State Silhouette + Initials Coasters

State - Enter the state to be used for the silhouette.
Heart Location - Enter an optional city name, and we'll place a heart-shaped cutout in that location on the silhouette.
Initials - Enter the two initials. Don't forget the "+" or "&" between them.

State Silhouette + Zip Code Coasters

State - Enter the state to be used for the silhouette.
Zip Code - Enter the 5-digit zip code. We place the zip code where we think it looks best in relation to the size and shape of the state silhouette. If you have a specific preference, use the "Special Instructions" field in the shopping cart, or send us a message.

Bottom Side Branding

To customize the cork backing, choose from the following:

Option 1: Name/Text

Enter 1 or 2 lines of text (up to 20 characters per line). We'll use the Modern Caps style by default. If you use a specific font for your branding, just let us know in the form below, or use the "Special Instructions" field in the shopping cart. We can use it as long as it's freely downloadable.

Option 2: Logo

Take it to the next level with your custom logo. If you already have a print-ready logo, chances are we can use it. Vector images such as .SVG files are preferred because they scale easily without losing quality. If you have a high-resolution image (300 dpi) format such as .PNG, .TIF, or .JPG, we should be able to use that too.

Remember, lasers don't see color; they see light and dark. A solid black logo on a white or transparent background is best. Avoid gradients, shadows, or thin, faint lines. These don't always translate well on wood grain.
