Refund policy


At 1925 Workshop, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted cutting boards and coasters. Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we have established the following guidelines:

Custom and Engraved Items
All sales are final on customized and engraved products. Once an item has been personalized with a specific name, date, or design, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We appreciate your understanding that these pieces are created specifically for you.

Defects in Craftsmanship
We stand behind our work. If your item arrives with a defect in craftsmanship (such as a structural crack or a significant engraving error made on our part), we are happy to make it right.

Notification Window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect.

Return & Refund Process
Please email us at 1925workshop@gmail.com with your order number, description of the defect, and clear photos of the issue.

Resolution
If the defect is verified, we will either repair the item, provide a replacement, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Natural Wood Variations
Please note that wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, texture, and appearance, as well as small knots, are unique characteristics of the wood. These variations can also affect the final appearance of any engraving. These are not considered craftsmanship defects.

Damaged Packages
If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement started for you.
